With over 20 years public and corporate experience, Josephine lead technology teams in delivering complex infrastructure and technology projects for British Telecoms, and most recently a portfolio of software delivery for Arm. With the ability to solve problems at any level with a holistic viewpoint and exceptional attention to detail, she has lead the transformation of teams into an agile culture and cloud technology from traditional physical infrastructure through to software automation. Josephine’s seasoned expertise in people leadership, project management and CICD (continuous integration, continuous deployment) has been a key asset to executive leadership teams at British Telecoms and Arm. Josephine is passionate about fitness.

A problem solver in nature and in training, Lesley-Ann ‘s innate business analysis and business strategy skills are invaluable to the Azello team. In her 15-year corporative experience, her 6 years spent at Investec involved application team leadership, senior business analysis and L&D for her team and Investec private bank attorney panel. Throughout her career, Lesley-Ann has studiously covered ground on the technology “ du jour.” Most recently she has been and instrumental to teams using Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Luearning (ML) and Virtual and Augmented Reality (VR/AR) to build high value use cases for the business involved. She is open minded, naturally inquisitive and relentless in the pursuit for client value. Lesley-Ann is an avid Capoeirista.
